摘要：目的 观察临床整体护理对脑梗死患者并发症防治的影响。方法 应用临床整体护理的要求干预84例脑梗死患者并发症防治进行观察。结果 整体护理可以明显降低脑梗死并发症的发病率。结论 整体护理程序可以有效减少肺部感染、便秘、褥疮、尿路感染等并发症及心理障碍的发生率，有效提高肢体功能障碍康复，明显改善脑梗死患者的预后。
