摘要：目的 探讨LC胆囊切除术疗效及影响疗效相关因素。方法 分析266例胆囊切除术的相关临床参数。其中胆囊结石伴慢性胆囊炎209例(A组)、胆囊息肉9例(B组)和胆囊结石伴急性胆囊炎48例(C组)。结果 与C组比较，A与B两组术中操作时间短，住院时间短且住院费用低。其中腹腔镜胆囊切除术为238/266例(89.50%)。结论 腹腔镜胆囊切除术安全，患者恢复快，在我院是胆囊切除术的主要术式，一旦发现胆囊结石应尽早行腹腔镜胆囊切除术。
