乳腺癌手术体位的改进在临床应用中的研究(1)

摘要：目的 对比研究乳腺癌手术体位的改进在治疗乳腺癌改良根治术中的疗效。方法 改良组：采用改进后的手术体位45例；传统组：采用传统手术体位42例。比较两组手术时间、淋巴结清扫例数、术后患侧肢体近期不适感发生的例数、术后患侧肢体浮肿的例数指标。结果 改良组与传统组术中手术时间、淋巴结清扫例数、术后患侧肢体近期不适感发生的例数均有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论 改良后的手术体位在乳腺癌改良根治术中明显优于传统手术体位，值得临床推广。
