改良阴式手术治疗重度子宫脱垂的疗效观察及安全性分析

摘要：目的探讨改良阴式手术治疗重度子宫脱垂的疗效观察及安全性。方法选取84例重度子宫脱垂患者，随机分为观察组和对照组，观察组采用改良阴式子宫全切术治疗，对照组采用腹腔镜子宫全切术。结果观察组手术时间、术后感染发生率明显低于对照组。结论改良阴式手术治疗重度子宫脱垂，疗效显著，手术时间短，术中出血量少，恢复迅速，术后并发症低。

Abstract：ObjectiveObservation of curative effect and safety of modified transvaginal operation in treatment of severe uterine prolapse.
