外耳道乳头状瘤电灼术的临床探讨

摘要：目的为了提高外耳道乳头状瘤手术的成功率，减轻社区医疗患者的痛苦和恐惧。方法采用天津理疗仪器厂出产的JH-1A耳鼻喉治疗仪电灼术切除外耳道乳头状瘤10例，与传统手术切除外耳道乳头状瘤10例病例对照研究。结果电灼术比传统手术术中出血少，术后反应轻，不复发，患者无恐惧感。结论电灼术比传统手术疗效更好，有较好的临床实用价值。
