摘要：目的探讨治疗青春期功能失调性子宫出血(简称青春期功血)的止血方法。方法通过对42例青春期功血的患者采用雌孕激素复合剂妈富隆的治疗分析，避免了应用大量雌激素带来的副作用。结果阴道大出血合并贫血组18例，用药3～5d全部止血，治疗1个疗程，停药观察3个月，月经规律15例。阴道不规则淋漓出血组24例，治疗：1个疗程，停药观察3个月，月经规律20例。结论妈富隆治疗青春期功血，效果显著，方法简便，副作用轻。

    Effect of Marvelon in the Treatment of Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding of Adolescent Function

    Abstract：ObjectiveTo investigate the treatment of adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding (referred to as the adolescent Dub) hemostatic method. MethodsThe 42 cases of adolescent functional bleeding therapy for patients with estrogen and progesterone compound Mawelon analysis, to avoid the side effects caused by application of a large amount of estrogen. ResultsThe vaginal hemorrhage complicated with anemia group of 18 cases, 3 ~ 5 days all hemostatic drugs, 1 courses of treatment, stop drug 3 months of observation, 15 cases of menstrual regularity.
