摘要：目的采用静脉溶栓治疗方法对急性心肌梗死的患者进行治疗的临床观察。方法将68例患者随机分为对照组和观察组，对照组采用常规治疗，观察组在常规的基础上采用尿激酶溶栓治疗，观察两组疗效。结果观察组患者冠状动脉再通率明显高于对照组，病死率和心力衰竭发生率明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义。结论静脉溶栓可有效治疗急性心肌梗死，预后良好，值得临床进一步推广。

    Abstract：ObjectiveIntravenous thrombolytic therapy in patients with acute myocardial infarction treatment clinical observation.Methods68 patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,control group using conventional methods of treatment,observation group on the basis of conventional using urokinase thrombolysis treatment,to observe the curative effect of the two groups.ResultsObservation group of patients with coronary artery is significantly higher than the control group,the rate of mortality and the incidence of heart failure in significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant.ConclusionIntravenous thrombolysis can be effective in treatment of acute myocardial infarction(mi),the prognosis is good,is worth further promotion in the clinical practice. ......
