浅谈输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术后两种引流袋对尿路感染的作用比较

摘要：目的探讨抗返流引流袋在减少输尿管钬激光碎石术后尿路感染中的作用。方法将输尿管钬激光碎石术后留置导尿患者89例，随机分成两组，观察组47例(抗返流引流袋组)，对照组42例(普通集尿袋组)。抗返流引流袋更换1次/w，普通集尿袋更换1次/d。比较两组菌尿发生率。结果留置导尿的患者中观察组的菌尿发生率明显低于对照组，有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论应用抗返流引流袋可以减少钬激光碎石术后留置导尿患者的尿路感染，值得临床应用。
