护理干预对脊柱结核患者遵医行为的影响

摘要：目的探讨护理干预对脊柱结核患者遵医行为的影响。方法采用单纯随机抽样的方法抽取脊柱结核患者20例，分为实验组(10例)和对照组(10例)，常规组进行一般常规护理，实验组进行心理护理等综合护理干预。结果实验组无1例护理并发症发生，对遗嘱的遵从情况明显高于对照组。结论有效的护理干预对疾病的治疗有显著促进作用。
