摘要：目的探讨经关节镜下辅助小切口经皮空心钉内固定治疗胫骨平台塌陷骨折的效果。方法采用局部小切口，在关节镜配合下治疗胫骨平台塌陷骨折。结果81例经过随访，均获得满意复位及稳定固定，膝关节功能良好。结论应用该方法可减少创伤同时获得与优于传统大切口手术的疗效。关节镜技术有助于更好的复位关节内骨折的同时，对关节内其它结构损伤的诊治，具有其他治疗方法无法比拟的优势。
