复方亚甲蓝注射液联合中药熏洗坐浴对缓解肛肠术后疼痛的影响研究

摘要：目的研究复方亚甲蓝注射液联合中药熏洗坐浴对缓解肛肠术后疼痛的影响。方法选取本院肛周手术的220例患者随机分为观察组与对照组。观察两组患者术后疼痛程度、愈合情况。结果观察组术后3d疼痛程度明显低于对照组，观察组术后局部组织水肿时间、创口愈合时间、平均住院时间明显低于对照组。结论复方亚甲蓝注射液联合中药熏洗坐浴可有效降低术后疼痛，减轻局部组织水肿，促进创口愈合，缩短住院时间。
