摘要：目的探讨参芪通脉汤在中风偏瘫中的应用价值。方法收集2012年1月～2013年12月在我院住院治疗的中风偏瘫患者97例，随机分为参芪通脉汤组、曲克芦丁组，治疗3疗程后比较两组治疗效果。结果治疗组总有效率为91.84%，对照组总有效率为77.08%，治疗组总有效率明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论参芪通脉汤结合针灸、推拿、按摩等康复措施综合治疗中风偏瘫，临床效果满意。
