浅谈负压吸引球与吸痰管在清理呼吸道中的优点

摘要：目的研究两种清理呼吸道与新生儿窒息的关系。方法结合在我院自然分娩,采用助产士在助产时胎儿头部娩出后,及时、正确、有效的清理呼吸道以及胎儿全部娩出后再一次用两种呼吸道清理方法有效的清理呼吸道。结果通过上述两种呼吸道清理,负压吸引球较吸痰管对预防新生儿窒息及降低新生儿呼吸道损伤有利。结论负压吸痰管结构简单、使用方便,能有效避免交叉感染，值得临床推广应用。
