论心血管内科的临床用药常见问题及合理用药分析

摘要：目的 观察心血管内科用药特点，总结常见问题，为合理用药提供建议。方法 回顾分析我科931例患者临床用药情况。结果 不合理用药83例次，适应症不足、用法失当、用量失误、品种失当、配伍禁忌出现例次分别为14、9、35、9、16；男性患者用药不合理比率高于女性；其中以30～65岁患者为主(P<0.05)具有统计学意义。结论 心血管临床用药需进一步加强监督与管理，以降低不良反应发生率。
