摘要：目的 探讨进展期胃癌的MSCT表现，旨在提高对该病的认识。方法 回顾性分析经手术病理证实的48例进展期胃癌的MSCT表现。所有病例均行40排西门子螺旋CT平扫及2期动态增强扫描。结果 48例进展期胃癌中BorrmannⅠ型4例，BorrmannⅡ型癌12例，Ⅲ型癌21例，Ⅳ型11例，均可见胃壁增厚，Ⅰ型呈息肉样增厚，Ⅱ型和Ⅲ型均有中央溃疡形成，周边粘膜隆起呈堤状，Ⅱ型堤壁角≦90°，Ⅲ型癌堤壁角>90°，Ⅳ型胃壁弥漫性增厚，胃腔变小。结论 MSCT能很好显示进展期胃癌特征，并能明确诊断。
