摘要：目的 总结术后留置双J管位置异常的类型、原因，找出合理的处理原则。方法 回顾分析近10年手术留置DJ管后复查出现DJ管位置异常的59例病例，总结DJ管位置异常的常见种类及其罕见的几种位置异常及其原因。结果 DJ管位置异常主要包括DJ管位置偏上、DJ管位置偏下、DJ管部分位于输尿管外等。结论 DJ管位置异常的种类主要与其手术方式及疾病有关，操作不规范及术后护理不当是造成DJ管位置异常的主要原因，大部分DJ管位置异常均能在膀胱镜或输尿管镜下取出，少数罕见异常须特别处理。
