摘要：目的 对女性乳癌护理进行总结。方法 选取78例女性乳癌患者进行手术后采取一些列护理措施。本组78例女性乳腺癌患者，年龄32~75岁，平均年龄(56±3.5)岁。住院时间为19~30d，其中行乳腺癌根治术55例，姑息切除术13例，10例扩大根治术。结果 所有患者中出现12例并发症，出现率为15.38%。结论 采用科学合理的护理措施能够有效保证乳腺癌手术效果。

    Nursing Experience of 78 Cases of Breast Cancer in Women

    Abstract：ObjectiveTo summarize female breast cancer care.Methods Select 78 cases of female breast cancer patients after surgery to take a series of nursing measures.This group of 78 cases of female breast cancer patients,aged 32-75,the average age (56+/-3.5).Length of hospital stay for 19-30 days,including line 55 cases of breast cancer radical,13 cases of palliative resection, 10 cases of radical prostatectomy. ResultsAll patients in 12 cases with complications,appeared at a rate of 15.38%.ConclusionScientific and reasonable nursing measures can effectively guarantee the effect of breast cancer surgery.
