摘要：目的为肿瘤患者建立良好的静脉通道，保证药物的准确输入，避免化疗药物产生局部不良反应。方法选取我科2014年1月~2月采用PICC置管治疗的30例患者，对导管的护理及对置管期间的并发症进行观察分析。结果置管期间发生并发症5例，其中出血3例，静脉炎2例。优点：PICC置管术只需外周穿刺，由于其操 作简便、危险性低、成功率高、并发症少、留置时间长等优点，最大限度的减少了化疗患者的血管损伤和刺激，外周留置感染率低(<2%)，留置时间长(数月至1年以上)，经济有效且容易拔管，能提供稳定的静脉输液，并易于家庭自我护理，提高患者的舒适度和满意率。结论PICC导管适合于长期静脉输液、肿瘤化疗、肠外营养、老年人、血管条件差的患者。避免反复进行静脉穿刺给患者带来的多次痛苦和心理压力，及发生气胸、血胸等锁骨下行cvc导致的严重并发症。化疗是治疗肿瘤的有效手段之一，化疗药物常常会对患者的血管产生强烈刺激在化疗中采用PICC置管能够减少痛苦、保证疗程，是肿瘤患者较为理想的化疗药物输注方式。

    Application of PICC in Tumor Patients Undergoing Chemotherapy and Nursing

    Abstract：ObjectiveTo establish intravenous access good tumor patients, ensure the correct input of drugs, to avoid local adverse reaction of chemotherapy drugs. Methods 30 patients in our department from 2014 January to February using PICC tube treated patients, were observed and analyzed nursing and opposed to catheter complications during tube. Results Complications occurred in 5 patients' during intubation, including 3 cases of hemorrhage, 2 cases of phlebitis. Advantages: PICC catheterization only peripherally, because of the advantages of simple operation, low risk, high success rate, less complications, indwelling time, reduce the vascular injury and stimulation in patients with chemotherapy, peripheral intravenous low infection rate (<2%), longer retention time (months more than 1 years), cost-effective and easy to extubation, can provide the intravenous infusion of stable. Conclusion PICC catheter suitable for long-term intravenous infusion, chemotherapy, parenteral nutrition, vascular conditions, poor elderly patients. ......
