麻醉恢复室全身麻醉患者术后发生并发症的观察与护理

摘要：目的 观察麻醉恢复室全身麻醉患者术后发生并发症的特点，总结护理经验。方法 选取全身麻醉患者125例，统计对比相关指标。结果发生术后并发症的患者平均年龄(58.4±9.2)岁，未发生术后并发症的患者平均年龄(34.7±6.9)岁；耳鼻喉科手术发生并发症14例(36.8%)，妇科手术发生并发症8例(17.7%)，普外科手术发生并发症4例(9.7%)，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)；致并发症发生因素有：疼痛(46.3%)、心理刺激(11.6%)、呼吸系统刺激(26.9%)等。结论 术后并发症集中发生于中老年患者且手术类型致并发症发生率差异较大，麻醉恢复室应针对性加强对易发生并发症的高危患者的护理，规避风险。
