农村社区老年人跌倒的护理干预效果观察

摘要：目的 评价农村社区老年人跌倒护理干预的效果。方法 抽取宁波市北仑区柴桥街道2个村的老年人，其中之一为干预组，另一个为对照组，对干预组采取护理干预。结果 护理干预后干预组跌倒发生率6.25%，显著低于对照组17.50%，P<0.001；与护理干预前比降低了11.25%。结论 护理干预能有效减少农村社区老年人跌倒的发生。
