摘要：目的 探讨新生儿高胆红素血症蓝光治疗过程中的并发症及护理要点。方法 对我院2011年1月~2013年6月收治的80例高胆红素血症患儿，进行单面蓝光治疗并加强护理。结果 80例患儿全部治愈，无一例发生核黄疸。结论 新生儿高胆红素血症蓝光治疗过程中加强护理措施能预防并发症发生，可有效提高新生儿高胆红素血症的治愈率。

Abstract：ObjectiveTo investigate the complication and nursing points of light in the treatment of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia. Methods80 cases of hyperbilirubinemia in 2011 .1~ 2013.6 in our hospital treated, one side blue light treatment and nursing. ResultsAll 80 cases were cured, no case of nuclear jaundice.
