摘要：目的了解当代大学生人际关系的现状以及他们对人际关系的理解，从而更深层次的分析影响大学生人际关系的因素，为采取促进大学生人际关系和谐的措施提供依据。方法采用多级随机抽样方法，抽取共364名在校大学生，采用问卷调查方式，并利用IBM SPSS 19.0软件进行分析。结果在4种不同类型的人际关系中，师生关系的现状是最不乐观的。结论有关部门应针对性地采取措施，拉近师生距离，使当代大学生与老师的关系处于一种"亦师亦友"的和谐状态。
