摘要：目的 探究新鲜芦荟外敷治疗化学性静脉炎的治疗效果，在临床上作为治疗化学性静脉炎重要的参考依据。 方法 将80例化学性静脉炎的患者随机的分成实验组及对照组,各40例。 实验组：用新鲜芦荟切成薄片外敷于发生静脉炎的血管外，治疗4～5次/d ，1h/次，外敷过程中每30min更换芦荟薄片1次；对照组：用50 %硫酸镁用纱布 3～ 4层湿敷于发生静脉炎的血管外，治疗4～5次/d ，1h/次。两组每个疗程均为5d。 结果 两组疗效有显著性差异，实验组比对照组治愈率高，实验组与对照组相比，疗效更好。 结 论：新鲜芦荟外敷治疗化学性静脉炎操作简单、经济实惠、作用效果好，疗效优于常用药物硫酸镁。
