摘要：目的观察封闭式负压引流技术联合局部氧疗对皮肤软组织缺损治疗的临床效果。方法对24例皮肤软组织缺损及感染的患者采用封闭式负压引流技术联合局部氧疗，5~14d后，创面二期植皮或皮瓣转移。结果24例创面肉芽生长新鲜，手术植皮及皮瓣存活良好，无明显疤痕增生及功能障碍。结论封闭式负压引流技术联合局部氧疗对创面修复疗效显著。

    Curative Effect Observation of Closed Negative Pressure Wound Therapy PlusRegional Oxygen Therapy to Cure Skin Soft Tissue Defect

    Abstract：ObjectiveTo observe the effect of closed negative pressure wound therapy plus regional oxygen therapy to cure skin soft tissue defect. MethodsChoosing 24 patients with skin soft tissue defect and infected, applying closed negative pressure wound therapy plus regional oxygen therapy; after 5-14 days, using second phase skin grafting or flaps transplantation. ResultsIn all the 24 cases, the fleshes in wound grow well, as well as skin grafting and flaps. No evident scar proliferation or dysfunction. ConclusionThe closed negative pressure wound therapy plus regional oxygen therapy has clear effect in wound curing. ......
