康复新与不同药物治疗新生儿红臀的效果观察(1)

摘要：目的 观察康复新液、红霉素软膏和炉甘石薄荷脑洗剂治疗新生儿红臀的疗效。方法 将新生儿红臀234例随机分为三组各78例，三组均于每次大便后，用温水轻轻擦拭臀部、蘸干，随湿随换以保持臀部清洁干燥。分别采用三种药膏涂抹患儿红臀后再予局部吹氧疗法，每天观察并记录用药效果，4d为1疗程。结果 康复新液组的显效率明显高于红霉素软膏组和炉甘石薄荷脑洗剂组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 康复新液治疗新生儿红臀能有效控制创面感染，疗程短, 无毒副作用，值得临床推广。
