摘要：目的观察半肩关节置换术在治疗老年肱骨近端粉碎性骨折中的疗效。方法对我院于2012年12月~2014年1月共12例老年肱骨近端粉碎性骨折患者采用半肩关节置换手术。结果本组所有病例术后均获随访，分别获随访2~15个月，平均8.5个月，所有病例无感染及内植物松动的发生，根据Neer肩关节功能评分系统进行疗效评估并随访其功能，优：8例，良：2例，可：2例，优良率达83.3%，疗效满意。结论应用半肩关节置换术治疗老年肱骨近端粉碎性骨折，术后可早期进行功能锻炼，能明显改善肩关节功能。
