目标管理在耳鼻喉科护理临床带教中的运用

摘要：目的目标管理在耳鼻喉科护理临床带教中的作用。方法2009年9月～2013年9月到我科室实习142名同学随机分为实验组与对照组各71人，对照组采取传统模式带教，按照教学大纲要求带教；实验组采取目标管理方法带教。结果实验组的教学满意度显著对照组；在实习护生的成绩和综合能力评比上，实验组所得分数也显著高于对照组。结论目标管理式教学更能根据教学进度及学生掌握情况调整教学指导方法，教学任务更加明确，有效提高了带教的效果。
