改进狂犬病患者静脉输液部位对职业暴露的影响

摘要：目的 降低医务人员职业暴露风险。方法 将住院狂犬患者随机分为传统组和改进组。传统组选择双上肢静脉输液。改进组选择双下肢静脉输液。观察两组分别发生职业暴露的例数。 结果 护士在为狂犬病患者输液时职业暴露发生率改进组明显少于传统组。 结论 为狂犬患者选择双下肢静脉输液，可降低职业暴露风险，为护士提供了一种科学、安全、有效的职业防护方法。
