摘要：目的观察坎地沙坦对老年轻中度原发性高血压的治疗效果及用药安全性。方法 选取我院收治的80例轻中度高血压病患者为研究对象，按照治疗方式的不同分为两组，治疗组行坎地沙坦酯治疗,对照组行卡托普利治疗。治疗前后对患者的血压进行监测，若患者舒张压在90mmHg以上。则给予药物剂量加倍，共治疗2个月。结果两组患者治疗后血压均出现下降，治疗组下降率90%相比对照组71% 效果更显著。结论坎地沙坦酯治疗老年轻中度高血压病效果显著，同时安全无副作用，值得临床推广使用。

    Abstract：ObjectiveTo observe the candesartan mild-to-moderate hypertension treatment effect for the elderly and medication safety.
