彩超对乳腺肿块的诊断及其临床研究

摘要：目的探究乳腺肿块使用彩超诊断的价值及临床意义。方法分析122例经彩超成像的乳腺肿块结果，并与病理检验结果对照。结果良性肿块97例(79.5%)，恶性肿块25例(20.5%)，彩超与病理学检验符合率96.7%(118/122)，误诊4例。良性与恶性肿块在阻力指数、血流检出率、二维声像图特征等方面比较，差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论彩超诊断乳腺肿块的检出率高，能对乳腺肿块性质做出准确的判断，为临床诊断和治疗提供了重要的参考依据。

Abstract：ObjectiveTo explore the use and clinical significance of color Doppler sonography in the diagnosis of breast masses value.
