摘要：目的观察黛力新联合倍他乐克治疗心脏神经官能症的临床疗效。方法将60例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例，对照组采用常规疗法，治疗组采用黛力新联合倍他乐克治疗，4w为1个疗程。结果治疗组临床症状改善效果明显优于对照组，焦虑自评量表和抑郁自评量表评分显著下降，且复发率极低。结论黛力新联合倍他乐克治疗心脏神经官能症明显优于常规疗法。
