摘要：目的观察丹参多酚酸注射液联合阿托伐他汀治疗高脂血症的临床疗效。方法将高脂血症门诊或住院患者82例完全随机分成两组，对照组单纯采用阿托伐他汀治疗，治疗组采用丹参多酚酸注射液联合阿托伐他汀治疗。结果治疗组临床总有效率为76.5%，治疗组在用药过程中未见不良反应。结论丹参多酚酸注射液联合阿托伐他汀治疗高脂血症是安全和有效的。
