摘要：小儿外科是一个特殊的科室，由于急诊多，护理操作难度大，特别是目前我国大部分家庭的孩子都是独生子女，家长对护理操作的技术要求高，医疗纠纷发生也较多。笔者通过对该院小儿外科病区发生的护患纠纷事件进行回顾性分析，探讨纠纷发生的原因与预防措施，护理人员应严格执行各项规章制度，提高各项操作技能的基础上增加责任心，根据患儿不同特点，制定相应护理对策，建立融洽护患关系，减少医疗纠纷事件的发生。

    Abstract：The pediatric surgery is a special department, because of emergency nursing, operation difficulty big, especially at present most of our family's children are only children, for parents to nursing practice, medical dispute is more. The nurse patient disputes event the hospital pediatric department of surgery occurred were analyzed retrospectively, to explore the causes and preventive measures of disputes, the nursing staff should strictly enforce the rules and regulations, increase the responsibility to improve the basic skills of children, according to the different characteristics, formulate the corresponding nursing countermeasures, to establish harmonious relationship between nurses and patients, reduce the occurrence of medical disputes. ......
