摘要：信息素养是医务工作者重要的职业素养，本文围绕信息素养的内涵对医生，护士信息查询能力，信息选择习惯，信息获得及管理能力3方面进行比较研究，旨在发现医生，护士信息素养现状中共同存在的问题及差异，探讨提高医务工作者信息素养的实现途径，以促进信息素质科研能力的发展。
