胃手术后肠内营养的效果观察

摘要：目的 探讨肠外、肠内不同营养方式的临床效果。方法 对胃手术后患者采取肠外及肠内两组营养方式，分析两组胃手术后患者的营养效果。结果 肠内营养组胃肠功能恢复时间明显比肠外组患者提前，术后7d营养状况也优于肠外营养组,且肠内营养组患者住院时间及住院费用均比肠外组患者减少，两组比较差异有统计意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)；肠内营养组并发症也相对较肠外营养组少。结论 胃手术后患者早期行肠内营养，有利于促进患者康复，且经济、安全，是胃手术患者理想的营养方式。
