黛力新联合丁螺环酮治疗焦虑症伴发慢性主观性头晕的疗效研究(1)

摘要：目的观察黛力新联合丁螺环酮治疗焦虑症伴发慢性主观性头晕的疗效。方法将焦虑症伴发慢性主观性头晕患者随机分为研究组及对照组；对照组研究对象给予口服黛力新、谷维素片，研究组研究对象给予黛力新、丁螺环酮片。所有患者以服用12 w为观察终点。结果治疗12 w后两组头晕症状均有缓解，但研究组的临床痊愈率、显效率及总有效率均比对照组好。治疗4 w、8 w、12 w，研究组HAMILTON量表评分下降明显，有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论黛力新联合丁螺环酮治疗焦虑症状改善明显，主观性头晕缓解显著。
