摘要：目的研究黄体酮联合促性腺激素治疗黄体功能低下不孕的临床疗效。方法选择124例确定为黄体功能低下的不孕患者，将其随机分为观察组(n=65)和对照组(n=59)，观察组用黄体酮联合促性腺激素治疗，对照组仅用黄体酮治疗，观察患者的子宫内膜厚度、优势卵泡发生率、妊娠率及患者治疗前后血清E2、P水平变化。结果观察组血清E2、P水平均高于对照组；观察组妊娠率和子宫内膜厚度优于对照组。结论黄体酮联合促性腺激素治疗黄体功能低下不孕患者能，提高患者的血清E2、P水平，为临床治疗黄体功能低下不孕提供了一个新方法，值得临床推广。
