摘要：目的 观察经尿道输尿管镜下钬激光切除青少年单纯性输尿管囊肿的治疗效果。方法 回顾性分析13例青少年单纯性输尿管囊肿患者采用经尿道输尿管镜直视下腔内钬激光切除手术治疗的临床资料。 结果 13例患者均一次手术成功，术后随访24个月，术后肾积水全部消失。结论 经尿道输尿管镜直视下腔内钬激光切除青少年单纯性输尿管囊肿，手术创伤小、恢复快、并症少。是一种安全、有效的治疗方法。

    Treatment of Transurethral Ureteroscopy Combined with Holmium Laserfor Adolescent with Simple Ureterocele

    Abstract：ObjectiveTo observe the effectiveness of transurethral ureteroscopy combined with holmium laser in the resection of simple adolescent ureterocele. Methods The clinical data of 13 cases with simple adolescent ureterocele resected by transurethral ureteroscopy combined with holmium laser were retrospectively analyzed.ResultsAll operations were successful.The mean follow-up time was 24 months. The postoperative hydronephrosis was disappear.Conclusion The treatment method is safe and effective. It results to mini invasion, fast recovery, and few complications. ......
