摘要：目的 总结恶性肿瘤手术中的无瘤操作技术。方法 介绍无瘤操作技术及护理配合要点。结果 手术中严格遵守无瘤技术操作，避免了肿瘤细胞医源性转移，使复发率和死亡率都明显降低。结论 恶性肿瘤手术过程中，无瘤观念和无菌观念同等重要。手术室护士既是执行者，又是督促及管理者，不断研究和提升无瘤技术,是手术室护理专业性的体现和我们义不容辞的责任。

    Abstract：ObjectiveTo summarize the disease-free technology operation of m alignant tumor. MethodsThis paper introduces the disease-free operation technology and key points for nursing cooperation. ResultsThe surgical operation, strictly abide by the disease-free technology in avoid the iatrogenic transfer tumour cells, lower the recurrence rate and mortality rate are obvious. ConclusionM alignant tumor surgery process, disease-free ideas and sterile are equally important. Operating room nurses is both practitioners and urge and managers.
