摘要：目的 是为了减少了身体约束的护理并发症的发生。方法 通过对患者的评估、向患者和(或)家属进行解释、实施保护性约束、给予患者心理护理、加强护士的教育及培训。结果 取得了明显的效果，减少了并发症的发生，增加了患者和家属的信任。结论 通过科学的方法不仅减少了并发症的发生也得到了患者及家属的信任。
