摘要：我国无偿献血事业在社会各界的大力支持下快速发展，献血人次在快速增加，采供血技术也不断与国际先进水平接轨。然而，我国年人口献血率仍只有0.9%左右，远低于世界高收入国家的4.54%，离世卫组织推荐的1%满足血液基本需求的标准也有一定的差距。面对需要进行无偿献血宣传的庞大社会群体，如果仅依靠血站力量是有限的。因此，推进社会化无偿献血宣传工作，必须充分发动和依靠全社会的力量，让更多的人参加到无偿献血中来，逐渐从个体或个别的宣传行为演变成为社会普遍参与的自觉宣传行为。从根本上缓解临床供血压力。

    Actively Explore the Publicity System of Blood Donation without Compensation Socialization

    Abstract：Voluntary blood donation develops rapidly in the strong support of the societyin China.The number of people increases dramatically. blood collection technology has been in line with the international advanced level. However, China's annual blood donation rate is only about 0.9%, far below the world developed countries by 4.54%. And it's also far from the the basic needs of 1% blood recommended by World Health Organization . Facing the public which is in need of voluntary blood donation advertisement, the power of bloodstation is limited. Therefore, to promote the socialization of non-remunerated blood donation propaganda must fully rely on the strength of the whole society, so that more people can participate in voluntary blood donation. Develop gradually from the propaganda behavior of individual to self-consciousparticipation. Alleviate the clinical blood pressure . ......
