摘要：在经济飞速发展的今天，车祸和工伤事故导致的骨折患者越来越多，特别是下肢骨折的患者，在卧床期间吃喝拉撒睡；疼痛难忍时要接受输液治疗和每隔1~2h要做的功能锻炼；变换体位时要用双上肢用力撑起自己的躯体等等，对静脉输液的要求越来越高。我们在使用留置针的过程中不断探索，总结经验，改进护理措施，减轻护士的工作量，减少并发症的发生，保护好静脉，减少穿刺痛苦，保障患者治疗锻炼落实到位。

    Nursing Experience of Patients of Orthopedics with Venous Indwelling Needle

    Abstract：In today's rapid economic development, resulting in the accident and injury accidents fracture patients more and more, especially in lower limb fracture patients, sleep eating and sleeping in the period of bed rest; when the pain to accept infusion therapy and functional exercise every 1~2 hours to do; to change the position of when to use double upper limbs strength hold up his own body and so on, the intravenous infusion of the increasingly high demand.
