摘要：目的分析护理干预对于选择保守治疗的肺癌晚期患者的生命质量状况影响程度以及相关护理措施。方法对我科接受治疗的98例选择保守治疗的肺癌晚期患者的身体状况进行全面性分析总结，根据每一位患者的具体身体状况及条件展开针对性的护理干预。结果通过对肺癌晚期患者进行了全面恰当的护理干预，最大程度上提高了患者治疗的依从性状态以及与疾病战斗的自信心。结论恰当合理，有针对性的护理干预对于选择保守治疗的晚期肺癌患者提高生命质量有着重要的积极影响。

    Abstract：ObjectiveTo analyze the nursing intervention on quality of life of patients with advanced lung cancer in conservative treatment the influence as well as the related nursing measures. MethodsThe conservative treatment of advanced lung cancer patient health condition, I choose to accept the treatment of 98 cases of comprehensively analyzed, according to the specific condition of each patient and conditions of targeted nursing intervention. ResultsThe nursing intervention based on advanced lung cancer patients were fully appropriate, increase the compliance status of patients with treatment and disease fighting confidence.
