摘要：本文对糖尿病的营养治疗做探讨，旨在呼吁认识糖尿病，了解糖尿病的危害，积极有效的治疗糖尿病，减少并发症，降低死亡率。但在各种治疗措施中，营养治疗是最基本的、也是最重要的手段之一，学习营养治疗的需求、意义、原则相当重要，避免营养治疗的误区，做到每日坚持定时、定量的饮食，合理营养分配，科学的应用营养治疗、控制本病有重要意义。护士必须全面了解糖尿病，才能对患者进行科学合理的营养治疗，提高患者的生活质量。
