摘要：目的 探讨温针灸治疗第三腰椎横突综合征的临床疗效。方法 取患侧L2～L4华佗夹脊穴，用毫针直刺抵达椎板，得气后；参照腰椎正侧位X线片取患侧第三腰椎横突尖部上下各0.5cm处为阿是穴，毫针直刺到预定深度遇有坚韧阻力时停止进针，清艾条套在针柄点，三次烧完之后取针。结果 本组103例，治愈56例，好转45例，无效2例，总有效率为98.06%。结论 温针灸治疗有温经通络、解痉止痛、改善组织营养、消除炎性水肿的作用，达到"通则不痛"的目的。

    103 Cases of Wen Acupuncture Treatment of Third Lumbar Transverse Process Syndrome

    Abstract：ObjectiveDiscusses wen acupuncture clinical curative effect for the treatment of the third lumbar transverse process syndrome.MethodsTake the same L2~4 hua tuo hole clamp ridge,with filiform needle stab arrived in lamina,after qi;Reference to lumbar positive lateral X ray film take with each side tip of the third lumbar transverse process fluctuation is 0.5 cm place for holes,filiform needle stab to the desired depth if it comes to the tenacious resistance to stop into the needle,qing ai the point on the needle handle,take the needle after burn down three times.ResultsGroup 103 examples,cure 56 cases,improvement in 45 cases,ineffective in 2 cases,the total effective rate was 98.06%.ConclusionAcupuncture treatment has a temperature the t2dm,acetanilide spasmolysis,improve tissue nutrition,eliminate the effect of inflammatory edema,achieve the goal of the general principles of the"pain". ......
