摘要：目的 探讨人工耳蜗植入术对重度神经性耳聋的患者获得听力效果。方法 通过122例人工耳蜗植入患者的术前评估，术前准备，术后治疗和护理以及康复治疗，分析患者听力恢复情况。结果 122例人工耳蜗手术均取得成功，达到了100%的手术成功率。结论 人工耳蜗植入手术可以使重度感音神经性耳聋患者恢复听觉功能，正确的术前评估，合理的期望值，早期的手术和术后康复语训是疗效的关键。

    Abstract：ObjectiveTo investigate the cochlear implantation was listening effect for patients with severe sensorineural hearing loss. Methods122 cases of cochlear implantation in patients with preoperative evaluation, preoperative preparation, postoperative treatment and nursing and rehabilitation treatment, analysis of patients with recovery of hearing. Results122 cases of cochlear implant operation were successful, the operation success rate reached 100%. ConclusionThe cochlear implant operation can cause severe sensorineural deafness patients recover auditory function, the correct evaluation before operation, reasonable expectation, operation and postoperative early rehabilitation effect of language training is the key. ......
