摘要：在外科病房护理管理中，对于护理工作的风险因素监测及护理管理是非常有必要的。只有对于护理风险因素监测实施良好控制才能够进一步提升护理人员的专业化水平以及风险控制意识，进而避免各类不良护理事件的发生。分析目前医院护理管理中存在的安全隐患并提出相应的管理对策。依靠完善的监督管理制度以及护理人员良好的职业道德素养，避免护理过程中存在的安全隐患，提升护理管理的质量。

    Abstract：In the surgical wards nursing management, and risk factors for nursing monitoring and nursing management is very necessary. Only for nursing risk factors for monitoring the implementation of good control to further improve the specialization level of nursing staff and risk control consciousness, and thus avoid all kinds of adverse events of the nursing. Analysis of the present situation of hospital nursing management of safe hidden trouble and corresponding management countermeasures are put forward.
