摘要：目的探讨预防性护理干预对重症脑卒中患者肠内营养实施的影响。方法选择本院征症脑卒中实施肠内营养的患者120例，随机分为两组，对照组60例进行肠内营养(EN)的常规护理，实验组进行预防性护理干预。分别对两组患者进行相关生化指标测定、观察并发症及治疗效果。结果采用预防性护理干预措施后，实验组血清蛋白、前白蛋白等指标明显优于对照组(P<0.05)，且并发症发生率低。结论通过有效的预防干预，可显著减少重症脑卒中患者EN并发症的发生，改善其营养状况，有利于患者康复。
