摘要：目的 探讨孕妇24h动态血压监测的重要性。方法 选择510例孕妇采用偶测血压，同时行24h动态血压监测，加以对比。结果 22例孕妇偶测血压正常，24h动态血压监测诊断为妊娠高血压；13例孕妇偶测血压增高，24h动态血压监测正常。结论 偶测血压有一定的局限性，不能代表全天血压，要想正确诊断妊娠高血压疾病，孕妇须行24h动态血压监测。
