摘要：目的探讨并分析头孢他啶对比头孢西丁治疗急性盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法随机选择98例患者分为两组，头孢他啶组49例，静脉滴注3.0g/次，2次/d，头孢西丁组49例，静脉滴注3.0g/次，2次/d，治疗7d后，进行血项和妇科检查。结果头孢他啶组总有效率为83% ，头孢西丁组总有效率为92%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对比头孢他啶，头孢西丁对急性盆腔炎的疗效更为显著且不良反应较少。
